Sales Account Manager Southern Germany (Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Nürnberg, München)

Carr & Day & Martin has been a manufacturer of horse care products since 1765. Whilst a lot has changed in the world since then, our fundamentals have not. We continue to provide the best horse care products on the market and employ horse enthusiasts with a passion for equine well-being who offer first-class customer care. No surprise then, that today we are global leaders in equine care.

This is a fulltime role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm


Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in English and German.
